Having proven herself during her internship at Cigonia, where she received the highest score for a final internship, awarded by the OPPQ, Carolane joined our team in 2022. Driven by a commitment to deepen her knowledge and promote the profession, she is currently working toward graduating from the perineal and pelvic rehabilitation microprogram at University of Montreal. As a physiotherapist specializing in perineal rehabilitation and orthopedics, she now focuses her practice on adult clients, both male and female, including pregnant women. Carolane provides expert advice and treatments for musculoskeletal issues, including back and pelvic pain, as well as perineal rehabilitation for sexual discomfort, pregnancy follow-ups, and pelvic organ prolapse.
With her autonomy and exceptional communication skills, Carolane ensures excellent treatments and supports patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, all while maintaining her tireless smile and usual dynamism.

Today, Camille holds a Master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Sherbrooke and has accumulated extensive experience caring for adult clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiological conditions. It was during her final physiotherapy internship, which she successfully completed at Cigonia, that pelvic-perineal rehabilitation revealed itself as her true calling. Camille now dedicates her practice to female clients in perineal rehabilitation. Always attuned to women’s health, she navigates this field with grace, relying on her gentleness, smile, and unwavering determination as invaluable assets. Additionally, she actively participates in treatments and assessments as part of research projects in urogynecology at CHUS. Driven by her desire to deepen her knowledge and promote the profession, she is currently in the process of obtaining her microprogram certificate in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation from the University of Montreal. It’s always with pleasant professionalism and her contagious smile that she’s always ready to help.



Romy is currently in the process of obtaining her microprogram certificate in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation from the University of Montreal. Her love for perineal rehabilitation stems from the connections she builds with her clients, particularly among women and during the perinatal period. It is undeniable that she deeply cares about women’s well-being, which is why we entrust our precious clientele to Romy and her natural professionalism. Today, with a diverse range of expertise, Ariane specializes in perineal rehabilitation and orthopedics, providing valuable support to women. She has a particular interest in athletic clients, particularly in postpartum physical activity recovery, an area that captivated her interest from the very beginning and naturally led her to join the Cigonia team.
An accomplished athlete, Ariane runs, swims, and cycles, and was a member of the Cégep de Joliette cross-country team. Known for her energy and cheerfulness, she is one of our most energetic therapists. We have absolute confidence in Ariane to take care of our valued clients, both for pelvic and musculoskeletal problems, thanks to her versatile approach and recognized professionalism.
From the start of her physiotherapy program, Melissa quickly confirmed her desire to help others and her interest in health, particularly in her professional practice. After successfully completing her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Université de Sherbrooke, she is now ready to care for female clients and their young children with various health issues.
Her significant experience in pediatric rehabilitation, particularly with children with severe disabilities and neurological disorders, has reinforced her passion for this field. Melissa stands out for her ease in supporting all types of clients with a light-hearted approach and undeniable empathy.
As the leader of a bilingual family, Melissa is also able to assist English-speaking clients throughout their rehabilitation journey at Cigonia. Professionals as dedicated and welcoming as Melissa are rare, and we are confident you will be delighted with Melissa!

She joined the Cigonia Clinic team in early 2025, driven by a deep desire to contribute to women’s well-being. Melissa has developed a particular interest in perineal rehabilitation, particularly for pregnant and postpartum women. She is about to complete a graduate-level microprogram in perineal rehabilitation at the Université de Montréal, further strengthening her expertise in this field, which she is passionate about.
Melissa finds great value in supporting her patients through the transitional period of motherhood. Her natural gentleness, genuine listening skills, and dynamism quickly inspire confidence in those who cross her path. With a background in sports and personal experience as a runner, Benoit Garcia is a conscientious, precise, and effective osteopath. His gentle approach and compassion also make him well-suited for treating babies and young children. He will make the difference in your rehabilitation!


Guided by her sincere desire to help others, Olivia is passionate about perinatal care, a challenging and fascinating period of transformation for the body. Drawing on her experience with young children and infants, she is committed to providing gentle and compassionate care, creating a reassuring environment.
Olivia is also comfortable with patients suffering from depression and anxiety disorders, and she is distinguished by her listening skills and empathy. Her open-mindedness and adaptability make her a particularly competent therapist in our clinical environment. Deeply committed to her community and respectful of the unique needs of each individual, she fully embodies the values of our clinic.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in communications from UQAM, she is currently pursuing studies in sexology at the Université du Québec à Montréal. This combination of knowledge demonstrates not only her intellectual curiosity, but also her sincere desire to better understand and support others.
Her sensitivity, attentiveness, and open-mindedness make her a reassuring and warm presence at the reception desk. Approachable and cheerful, she helps create an environment where each visit begins on a positive note.
An outdoor enthusiast, Charlotte is also passionate about mountain biking and alpine sports, activities into which she channels her boundless energy!

Ms. Bolduc brings well-defined expertise to support and assist clients struggling with issues related to their intimate and sexual lives. She offers individual counseling services to women, men, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
She believes that each person has the resources and abilities to find their own answers. Her role is to support and guide individuals toward personal well-being and/or relational fulfillment.
She is distinguished by her empathy, attentive listening, and non-judgmental attitude, which allow her to create a caring environment while respecting each person’s limits and pace.
